My adventure stopped

Open your profile and choose Continue run. Runs save while playing and when paused. A sudden device shutdown can lose the last few seconds.

I cannot hear music

Check Music and Sound effects in Settings. The game respects the device's silent mode. Check the device volume.

Swiping is difficult

Turn on Show control buttons in Settings. The four buttons move left, slide, jump and move right.

Where are my stars?

Stars from an unfinished run are kept in that run's checkpoint. Finish the run to add them to the profile total. Family cup stars count after each completed turn.

How do unlocks work?

Stars are never spent. Reaching an unlock threshold makes the world or cosmetic available permanently on that profile. Collect completed badges in the adventure journal for bonus stars.

Can profiles sync to another device?

Wondertrail does not sync profiles. Each installation has its own local profiles. Device backups and transfers are controlled by Apple's settings.

How do I delete a profile?

Select the profile, open Settings and open the grown-up section. Finish any active family cup containing the profile first. Profile deletion requires a separate confirmation.
